The Earth Science Research Promotion Center offers three subsidies for library and journal services, so applicants can download and read articles free of charge. Everyone is welcome to make use of these resources.

1. Token subsidy for single journal articles: The Center provides Elsevier tokens. One token downloads one article or one e-book chapter. Since April 2024, each application receives 2 tokens.
2. Subsidy for purchasing single articles: If your unit does not subscribe to an e-journal you need, you may apply to the Center for a subsidy.
3. Interlibrary loan service: The Center has purchased 30 Western-language academic e-journals and earth science books, housed at the National Central University Library for interlibrary use.
