Poster Competition

辦法 (Guidelines)：

一、      為鼓勵本系學生展現研究成果，特舉辦年度海報報告比賽，並獎勵優秀的科學研究。

To motivate students in the Department to showcase their research accomplishments, an annual Poster Presentation Competition is held to acknowledge and reward outstanding scientific research.

二、      本系研究所及大學部學生皆有參賽資格。參賽者請於115年5月3日(星期日) 23:59前填具申請表並寄到系辦docnaa@mail.nsysu.edu.tw信箱。

Both graduate and undergraduate students in the Department are eligible to participate. Applicants must fill out the application form and submit it to the department office via email at docnaa@mail.nsysu.edu.tw no later than 23:59 on May 3, 2026 (Sunday).

三、      參賽者須於5月5日於指定位置公開張貼研究海報(80 x 110 cm)。比賽於115年5月6日(星期三)中午12:10正式開始，參賽者須於12:10~13:30於現場回答科學提問。

Participants must publicly display their research posters (80 × 110 cm) at the assigned location on May 5. The competition will officially begin at 12:10 PM on May 6, 2026 (Wednesday). Participants must be present from 12:10 PM to 1:30 PM to respond to scientific questions about their work.

四、      評審委員由本系教師組成，對參賽作品進行評分，並依總和分數排序作為給獎依據。

The review committee, composed of faculty members of the Department, will evaluate the posters. Awards will be determined by the total scores and rankings of the entries.

五、      為鼓勵學生積極參與，參加者可獲得基數1點。前三名則可分別獲得基數10、5、3點。每點所代表之金額，按往例訂為新台幣壹仟元。

To encourage active participation, each participant will earn 1 base point. The top three winners will receive 10, 5, and 3 base points, respectively. As before, each point is worth NT$1,000.

六、      海報印製費(至多600元)由系上補助，請將收據交給系辦協助報帳核銷。

The Department will subsidize the poster printing fee (up to NT$600). Participants must submit the receipt to the department office for reimbursement.
